The silent impact of menopause in your workplace
26% of the Australian workforce are of menopause age.
The 2021 study by Circle In and the Victorian Women’s Trust asked 700 people in Australian workplaces about menopause and the impact at work. The results showed that people experiencing menopause need support at work but don’t feel comfortable speaking up or seeking help from their managers.
